The best time to book is about one month out from your ideal launch. Because we book this service on a rolling basis, this will allow you to reserve your date and have time to work on your Content Planner.

You should book our service at least a month before you receive final deliverables from any other vendor including brand designer, photographer, or copywriter. This ensures that their work is completed before we work together so that we have all the content necessary for our design date.

You will be responsible for a subscription to the website platform, your domain fees, and any other fees associated with tech/ softwares.

First and foremost, we’ll need you to be available throughout the entire day for feedback, input, or questions.
Aside from that, we’ll need your branding and logos, photos, completed content planner, any additional assets that will help us get our work done.

No. You need to come with a fully built out brand, even if it’s DIY. You can also book our One Day Brand service.

Because websites require planning, research and strategy, we use our ready made templates to launch you quickly. This service is not the best fit if you need more robust and custom developed features like maps, archives, etc.

You’re able to reschedule your VIP Day one time, so long as you give us 72-hour notice. We will not reschedule twice.
Due to the limited availability and appointment scheduling, if you cancel you are not eligible for a refund.

The reality is that there is only so much that we can get done in a single day, however, the more prep work you complete, the more you set us up for success on the date you’ve booked.

We currently only offer the One Day service for Squarespace and Shopify.
We do not work on Wordpress.
